As a member of the Tombstone Chamber of Commerce, we are proud to celebrate your business with a ribbon cutting ceremony. This service is at no cost to Tombstone Chamber of Commerce Members at the Business Level Investment and the Nonprofit / Church Level of Investment who are celebrating a grand opening or milestone anniversary. Terms:
A request for a Ribbon Cuttings should be at least a minimum of 3 weeks in advance to the proposed Ribbon Cutting date.

This time allows the Chamber to schedule staff, coordinate with Chamber Board members and promote your ribbon cutting.

Requested dates are on a first come-first serve basis. Dates will not be held or added to the Chamber calendar until this form is completed in full.

Ribbon cuttings outside of normal business hours may incur a fee as outlined below. Any applicable fees must be paid no less than 10 business days prior to the date of the event to guarantee services.

The Chamber cannot guarantee attendance at your event. It is suggested that you consider hosting an open house in conjunction with your ribbon cutting ceremony. - Invite your clients, neighbors, family, friends and colleagues, promote your event on social media and to other groups you may be a part of. Facility tours and reception are recommended for after the ceremony.

If you do not see your celebration listed above, but would like to host a ribbon cutting, please contact info@tombstonechamber.com to see if your business is eligible.

This program is first-come, first-serve. Members will be contacted with the next available date as new applications are received. Availability may be 4-8 weeks from date of sign up.

We will try to accommodate special requests when we are able. Please list your preferred date(s) and time for your event - We recommend you list more than one date.

Ribbon cuttings can be scheduled Thursday - Saturday. Times - between 11:00 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Ribbon cuttings cannot be held on a holiday or on the same day as a scheduled chamber event. *
