THE POWER AND IMPACT OF SOCIAL MEDIA IS HUGE: Social media is what relying on “Word of Mouth” to help get customers and leads was to a business 10+ years ago.   People turn to Facebook (or other social media platforms) to get recommendations from a friend on where to eat, where to shop and where to travel.   They turn to Facebook to scope out a restaurant, a store or a destination location.
